So i figure the best way to keep in touch is to join #dlspc on irc.freenode.net.
For the meantime, go to http://webchat.freenode.net/, use a fairly static nickname (i.e. dont keep changing it once every thirty seconds) and get on #dlspc.
Dont bother clicking the "Auth to services" box, yet.
Once you're on there, we can help you with problems, teach you little bits more and hopefully get you started on ORAC, which is where you'll be able to put into practice a whole pile of the stuff you get taught.
Eventually, we'll move on to AI and perhaps some proper applications. But for now, this is what we've got. :)
